No download required! ShaBookens is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Just visit the site on your phone and select "Add to Home Screen" for a full app experience.
How do I upgrade my room limit?
You can upgrade instantly from your Admin Dashboard under Profile > Subscription. Choose the plan that fits your property size.
Does ShaBookens charge per-booking fees?
Absolutely not! We charge a flat monthly fee for unlimited bookings. 100% of your revenue stays with you.
How does the QR Time Clock & Payroll system work?
It is deeply integrated into your staff roster! You simply print a unique QR code for each staff member. They scan it with their phone when arriving on-site to clock in. The system automatically calculates their hours, deducts breaks, and generates payslips based on their set hourly rate!
How does the Live AI Concierge work?
The Live AI Concierge is a premium guest assistant powered by advanced language models. It uses details from your property policies, WiFi info, and check-out rules to provide guests with instant, 24/7 answers to WiFi, local recommendations, check-out times, and property guidelines directly on their digital stay pass.

Simply export your 'Standard Search' from Freetobook to Excel, then navigate to yourdomain.com/admin/import_freetobook.php in your web browser to securely access the hidden migration tool and upload your CSV.
Which smart locks are supported?
We support hundreds of leading smart lock brands through a combination of native integrations and our Universal Bridge.

🌐 Universal Bridge (Seam API): To connect locks like Yale, August, Nuki, and Salto, select "Universal Bridge" as your lock provider and enter your Seam API key. The Universal Bridge securely aggregates over 100+ lock brands, dynamically generating 6-digit access PINs for the exact duration of a guest's stay.

✨ Zero-Friction TTLock Magic Sync: For TTLock users, we offer an exclusive native "Magic Sync" feature. You do not need to apply for complicated Developer API keys. Simply enter your standard TTLock App Username and Password in your Shabookens profile, and your locks are connected instantly!

🏢 GeoVision Security: GeoVision users can leverage our direct native Webhook integration. Simply select GeoVision and enter your local controller's Webhook URL.
How does Guest QR Code Door Access work?
With our Guest QR Code Door Access feature enabled, guests will receive a beautiful scannable QR code right on their digital stay pass, right next to their standard door code! This applies to both Smart Locks (like TTLock) and Manual door codes (including Magic Randomizer codes). Guests can simply scan this QR code on any compatible optical scanner lock or turnstile to enter!
What is the Interactive Floor Map?
The Floor Map is a visual property layout that organizes your rooms by physical floor levels. Staff can track clean, dirty, occupied, and maintenance room states in real-time, and double-click or tap status indicator dots to quickly change room housekeeping/service modes.
How does the Booking QR Code check-in scanner work?
Every guest receives a unique check-in QR code on their digital stay pass. Staff members can tap the camera icon on their smartphone command centers to scan these guest codes. This instantly performs check-ins or check-outs, syncing updates immediately with the booking diary audit history logs.
How does the Smart Parking System work?
The integrated Smart Parking System automatically matches guest vehicle registrations to assigned physical parking bays and booking dates. Guests can request "Priority Parking" directly from the Digital Concierge or Hotel Messaging interface, and staff can approve, allocate a bay, and charge for parking directly from the centralized dashboard with a single click.
