Property owners have full control over their data. You can delete individual bookings, guest history, or your entire property account at any time through the administration dashboard.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share information with payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) or OTA channels (e.g., Booking.com) as requested by you for functional purposes.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data (Right to be Forgotten). You also have the right to restrict processing and request data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

6. Data Retention
